Payment Policy

Please book online before arrival. Your credit card will be charged in full to complete your booking.
The name that will appear on your statement will be CCC PigeonBayCamp.

Site Booking Policy

A maximum of 6 people per site.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged one night’s stay.
If you cancel earlier than 7 days prior to arrival a $15 cancellation fee per site will be deducted from any payments.

No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
Refunds will not be given for “no-shows” where guests fail to turn up and have not canceled the booking.
No refunds for inclement weather conditions.

Child Policy

Children under 3 are free.
Child rate applies for additional children aged 3-15
Adult rate applies for additional guests aged 16 or over.
Anyone under the age of 18 years must be staying with a parent or guardian.

Check In Policy

Please book online before arrival.
Check in from 2pm.
Check out – 12pm (Mid-day).

Dog Policy

No dogs allowed.

Fire Policy

No fires allowed.
